活血化瘀颗粒佐治高血压脑梗死患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗高血压脑梗死患者的方法。方法选取120例高血压脑梗塞患者,将其随机分为两组,各60例。两组均给予对症治疗,研究组加用自制“活血化瘀颗粒”。观察两组的临床效果。结果研究组的总有效率为95%,高于对照组的78.33%(χ^(2)=5.84,P=0.016);研究组上下肢运动功能评分改善情况优于对照组(t=9.342,19.801;P<0.01)。结论“活血化瘀颗粒”佐治高血压脑梗塞患者安全有效。Objective To explore the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment,and the study group added self-made"Huoxue Huayu granules".The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95%,which was higher than 78.33%of the control group(χ^(2)=5.84,P=0.016).The improvement of the upper and lower limb motor function scores of the study group was better than that of the control group(t=9.342,19.801;P<0.01).Conclusion"Huoxue Huayu Granules"is safe and effective in treating hypertensive cerebral infarction patients.
