摘　　要：目的编制适用于临床护士进修需求的评估量表,并检验其信度和效度,为护士进修需求提供评估的工具。方法通过查阅文献和质性访谈形成量表条目池,经两轮德尔菲法专家咨询,同时调查170名进修护士进行信度、效度检验后确定量表。结果正式量表共20个条目,因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率65.40%,分别为培训与考核需求、被尊重的需求、知晓进修计划需求、学习生活便利需求4个维度。条目水平的内容效度指数(item-level content validity index,I-CVI)为0.917~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数(scale-level,S-CVI)0.900。总量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.926,各维度为0.707~0.915,总量表折半信度系数为0.819,各维度为0.772~0.851。结论护士进修需求评估量表具有良好的信度与效度,可用于评估护士的进修需求。Objective To develop an instrument for assessing the demands of refresher nurses,and test its validity and reliability.Methods A scale item pool was established by way of literature reviewing and qualitative interviews.After two rounds of Delphi experts letter consultation,the scale was worked out based on the pool,with its reliability and validity tested by applying it to the investigation among 170 refresher nurses.Results The scale consisted of 20 items,and 4 factors covering 4 dimensions of needs for training and assessment,needs for respects,needs for knowing nursing refresher programs and needs for learning and living convenience,were extracted with factor analysis,explaining 65.40%of the total variance.The validity of each item was 0.917-1.000.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.900,and for each dimension it was 0.707-0.915;The Guttman-split-half reliability was 0.819 and it was0.772~0.851 for each dimension.Conclusion The demands assessment scale for refresher nurses is highly reliable and valid.It can be used for assessing nurse's needs for refresher training.
