摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病是糖尿病微血管并发症之一,目前其致病机理不清,同时治疗药物仍然未满足临床需求。糖尿病视网膜病实验动物模型是研究其致病机理和药物疗效评价的有效工具。本文综述近几年来有关糖尿病视网膜实验动物模型研究进展,主要使用大鼠、小鼠、斑马鱼等实验动物,根据诱因可分为诱发型和基因型两大类。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes.At present,the pathogenesis of DR is obscure and drugs can not meet clinical needs,however.Experimental animal model of DR is an effective tool to study its pathogenic mechanism and evaluate drug efficacy.In this paper,the research progress of experimental animal models of DR has beenreviewed in recent years,mainly using mice,zebrafish,and other experimental animals,which can be divided into two categories:induced type and genotype,according to the inducer.
