“双高计划”背景下高职院校提升社会服务能力的建设研究--以柳州铁道职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：社会服务是高职教育的重要职能。在国家政策引导和推动下,高职教育的社会服务功能定位越来越清晰和明确。对接产业链,服务我国产业振兴战略;科技创新引领,助力“中国制造”和产业升级;拓宽国际化视野,为国际职教发展贡献“中国方案”,是高职院校提升社会服务能力的关键。柳州铁道职业技术学院铁道信号自动控制专业群依托学校搭建的合作交流平台,从人才培养服务、国际合作、培训服务、技术服务、对口帮扶等方面,积极探索和创新社会服务模式,发挥高职院校的社会服务功能。Social service is an important function of higher vocational education.Under the guidance and promo⁃tion of national policies,the social service function positioning of higher vocational education is becoming clearer and clearer.Docking the industrial chain to serve my country’s industrial revitalization strategy;leading by scien⁃tific and technological innovation to help“Made in China”and industrial upgrading;broadening international hori⁃zons and contributing“Chinese solutions”to the development of international vocational education is the key to higher vocational colleges improving their social service capabilities.The Railway Signal Automatic Control Pro⁃fessional Group of Liuzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College relies on the cooperation and exchange plat⁃form established by the school to actively explore and innovate social service models in terms of talent training ser⁃vices,international cooperation,training services,technical services,and counterpart assistance,and play a role in higher vocational education The social service function of colleges and universities.
