摘 要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的富含脯氨酸蛋白11(PRR11)和沉默信息调节因子2(SIRT2)的表达水平及临床意义。方法收集山西医科大学第二医院2015年4月至2020年6月病理学检查确诊的100例NSCLC患者癌组织和癌旁组织标本用于免疫组织化学法检测PRR11和SIRT2水平,结合临床资料采用χ^(2)检验。结果在NSCLC癌组织中PRR11阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织PRR11阳性表达率(70.00%比8.00%,χ^(2)=80.790,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义,PRR11表达水平与NSCLC淋巴结转移、组织学分化程度、TNM分期明显相关(χ^(2)=9.804、4.972、5.563,P<0.05)。NSCLC癌组织中SIRT2阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织SIRT2阳性表达率(37.00%比62.00%,χ^(2)=12.501,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义,SIRT2表达水平与NSCLC淋巴结转移、TNM分期明显相关(χ^(2)=7.032、5.702,P<0.05)。结论NSCLC癌组织中PRR11呈高表达、NSCLC癌组织中SIRT2呈低表达,检测PRR11和SIRT2的表达有助于预测NSCLC诊治和预后。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Proline-rich protein 11(PRR11)and Silentmating information regulater 2(SIRT2)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues.Methods Envision immunohistochemical method were used to assess the expression of PRR11,SIRT2 in 100 cases of human NSCLC tissues and non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues of patients pathologically confirmed from April 2015 to June 2020 on the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,the statistical analysis of Chi-square test was carried out in combination with clinical data.Results The expression rate of PRR11 in NSCLC tissues was higher than that of non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues(70.00%vs.8.00%,χ^(2)=80.790,P<0.01),the expressions of PRR11 were associated with NSCLC to lymph node metastasis,tumor node metastasis stage(TNM stage)and histology grade(Respectively,χ^(2)=9.804,4.972,5.563,P<0.05).The expression rate of SIRT2 in NSCLC tissues was lower than that of non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues(37.00%vs.62.00%,χ^(2)=12.501,P<0.01),the expressions of SIRT2 were associated with NSCLC to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(Respectively,χ^(2)=7.032,5.702,P<0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of PRR11 and downregulation of SIRT2 in NSCLC carcinoma tissues,Joint detection of PRR11 and SIRT2 may be great value for indicating a certain prospect in the diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC.
