摘　　要：目的探讨Q755激光祛除牙菌斑的临床疗效。方法对医疗美容科门诊40例牙菌斑患者采用Q755激光治疗,观察其临床恢复效果:结果40例患者1次治疗后显效率100%,治疗后牙齿发酸感发生率15%。结论Q755激光治疗牙菌斑具有快速、精确度高、深浅度易掌握、组织肿胀轻、无恢复期等优点,是一种效果确切的治疗方法,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Q755 laser on removing dental plaque.Methods 40 cases of dental plaque patients were treated with Q755 laser and the clinical recovery effect was observed.Results The efficiency of 40 patients was 100%after one treatment,and the incidence of acid sensation was 15%.Conclusion Q755 laser treatment of dental plaque has the advantages of quickness,high accuracy,easiness of grasping in deep and shallow degree,lightness in tissue swelling,no recovery period,etc.It is an elective treatment method and is worth popularizing.
