摘　　要：随着我国经济发展进入新常态阶段,区域金融发展非均衡性趋势愈发明显,当前应加强宏观层面顶层设计的实际作用,促进各省级单位的金融合作,完善各区域金融协调发展的合作制度,从而推动我国金融系统在政策制度方面逐步完善.在各省区经济差异逐年扩大的实际情况下,应该积极促进各区域金融主体的多元化发展,拓宽交易双方的范围,增加交易角色,以此来改善我国整体的金融生态环境.各省区还应尽快建立起各自的资本市场,以改善区域内金融市场结构为突破点,优化地区资本积累不均的现状.同时应大力发展移动金融,推动产业融合,促进各区域金融内部的信息化资本有效流动.As China's economy has entered a period of new normal,the unbalanced development of regional nance has become more and more prominent.In order to improve the financial system in terms of policy systems in China,several measures should be taken.Firstly,it is important to strengthen the real function of the top-level design from the perspective of macro level.Secondly,it is essential to promote financial cooperation between provincial units.Last but not least,it is crucial to improve the coordinated development of regional financial cooperation system.Because the economic differences among various provinces and regions are becoming bigger and bigger year by year,it is necessary to actively promote the diversified development of financial entities in various regions.In addition,it is vital to expand the scope of both parties and increase the roles of transactions so as to improve the overall financial ecological environment in China.The capital markets should be established as soon as possible.It is still of significance to improve the regional financial market structure and adjust the uneven regional capital accumulation.Meanwhile,it is necessary to vigorously develop mobile finance and promote industrial integration in an effort to promote the effective flow of information capital in finance in various regions.
