摘　　要：目的:了解新冠肺炎疫情下抗疫一线护士的真实应对体验,分析影响护士应对新冠肺炎疫情的危险因素、保护因素及适应策略,为提升护士应对突发重大公共卫生事件的能力提供借鉴。方法:采用现象学研究方法,基于抗逆力理论设置访谈提纲,对12名隔离病房护士进行半结构式深入访谈,用Colaizzi的7步法对访谈资料进行分析。结果:提炼出3个主题,即抗疫一线护士应对疫情的多重危险因素、多层保护因素、多维适应策略。结论:应探索和完善医院的突发公共卫生事件管理体系,关注抗疫一线护士的身心健康,平衡护士应对疫情的危险因素和保护因素,协助护士建立多维适应策略,提升护士对重大突发公共卫生事件的适应能力。Objective: To explore the working experience of frontline nurses against COVID-19, to analyze the risk factors, protective factors and adaptation strategies that influence nurses’ coping with COVID-19, and to provide references for improving the ability of nursing staff in dealing with public health emergencies. Methods: Based on the resilience theory and phenomenological research method, Semi-structured, in-depth interviews were conducted on 12 nurses working in isolation ward for patients with COVID-19. Colaizzi seven-step method was used for data analysis. Results: Three themes were extracted: multiple risk factors, multiple protective factors and multi-dimensional adaptive strategies. Conclusion: The public health emergency management systems in hospitals need to be improved, and more attention needs to be paid to the physical and mental health of nurses in frontline against COVID-19, measures need to be taken to balance the risk factors and protective factors in dealing with public health emergency, and supports are needed to assist nurses to establish multidimensional adaptive strategies, so as to improve the adaptive ability of nurses to public health emergencies.
