摘　　要：在双渠道供应链环境中,借助Stackelberg博弈模型,构建了反映成员偏好性服务投资水平及偏好强度的决策、收益及效用函数表达式。依据效用最大化的原则,对成员不同的偏好性服务投资组合模式、偏好性服务投资水平及偏好强度对成员自身及供应链整体的影响情况进行了比较分析。如对集中决策与分散决策下供应链整体收益及直销渠道收益影响的比较分析,对供应链效率影响的比较分析以及对实现各成员收益Pareto改进影响的比较分析,提出了通过同时调整成员的偏好强度实现收益Pareto改进的可行性与具体措施,最后以算例形式对上述理论推导和结论进行了验证,并据此提出相应的管理学启示。Some function expressions were built about the decision-making,profit and utility which were influenced by different preference combination modes,preferential service investment levels and preference intensities of the supplier and the retailer in a dualchannel supply chain.According to utility maximization principle and based on stackelberg game model,a comparative analysis had been proposed concerning the influence of members’ different preferential service investment levels and preference intensities on the dualchannel supply chain. For instance,the comparative analysis about the impact on the profit of the overall and the direct channel of the dualchannel supply chain undercentralized and decentralized decision-making mode,as well as the comparative analysis about the impact on the efficiency of the dual channel supply chain and on the methods of achieving pareto improvement of profits forthe members.Some feasibilities and concrete measures were proposed forachieving pareto improvement of profits for the members by adjusting members’ preference intensities simultaneously.Finally,practical examples were used to verify those theoretical analysis and conclusions and some enlightenment had been obtained for better managing the dual channel supply chain.
