摘 要:针对冷链物流企业配送问题,建立了同时考虑客户满意度和配送车辆的油耗、制冷消耗及货物本身随时间推移造成的损坏在内的损耗成本的数学模型,并结合高德地图提供的交通拥堵延时指数来描述实际交通路况以分析实际行驶时间。利用改进了邻域解产生方法的模拟退火算法对昆明某农贸市场的配送计划进行了求解,设计了两个对照实验,分别对原方案与只考虑损耗成本的方案、以损耗成本为目标的方案与最短路径为目标的方案进行比对分析,验证了模型与算法在提高客户满意度和降低损耗成本上的效果。Aiming at the distribution problem of cold chain logistics enterprises,a mathematical model considering both customer satisfaction and fuel consumption,refrigeration consumption of distribution vehicles and damage of goods over time was proposed.With the traffic congestion delay index provided by Amap,the actual traffic conditions and actual driving time were analyzed. The simulated annealing algorithm were used with improved neighborhood solution generation method to solve the distribution plan of a farmer’s market in Kunming.Two control experiments were designed to compare the original scheme with the scheme that only considered loss cost,the scheme that took loss cost as the target and the scheme that took shortest path as the target,which verified the effectiveness of models and algorithms in improving customer satisfaction and reducing wear and tear costs.
