摘　　要：自1971年在普渡大学《技术创业论坛》初次提出技术创业概念以来,技术、创新、管理、创业经历了多年交错磨合发展,已取得了一定的理论成果和实践效应。当前,围绕技术进行匹配的创新创业已是推动全方位新旧动能转换以及新一轮经济发展转型升级的中坚力量,而对于该领域的研究,也成为产学研以及社会各界人士关注的焦点。将科研前沿数据库数据利用CiteSpace图谱进行量化分析研究,发现20年间我国技术创业领域研究的文献数量经历了倒“V”型的三段发展态势;技术创业过程中对产学研合作的认识和深度进一步加强;依据关键词突现,“技术创新”“技术创业者”“创业教育”等成为最新研究热点;而在新时期面对技术创业“百花齐放”的研究现状,“孵化链条”“创业管理”“技术创新推动产业升级”等成为了产学研等研究者对技术创业研究的最新前沿话题。Since the concept of technology entrepreneurship was proposed initially at the "Technology Entrepreneurship Forum" of Purdue University in 1971, technology, innovation, management and entrepreneurship have experienced years of staggered running-in development and have acquired certain theoretical results and practical effects. At present, the innovation and entrepreneurship embraced with technology have become the backbone force to promote a full range of new and old kinetic energy conversions and a new round of economic development, transformation and upgrading. Research in this field has also become the focus of industry-university-research and all parts of society. In this paper, we use the CiteSpace for quantitative analysis of scientific and frontier research database data, and find that the quantity of literatures in the field of technology entrepreneurship in China has experienced an inverted "V" three-stage development trend in the past 20 years;during the course of technology entrepreneurship, the recognition and depth to the industry-university-research cooperation have been further strengthened;in accordance with the highlight of key words, "technology innovation", "technology entrepreneurs", and "entrepreneurship education "have become the latest research hotspots;while during the new period, confronted with the research situation of "all flowers bloom together" in technology entrepreneurship, "incubation chain", "entrepreneurship management", and "technology innovation to promote industrial upgrading " have become the latest cutting-edge topics for technology entrepreneurship by industry-university-research researchers.
