摘 要:本研究以孔子学院与英国文化协会、法语联盟、歌德学院、卡蒙斯学院、世宗学堂、日本国际交流基金会等主要语言传播机构年度报告为依据,自建数据库,对影响国际语言传播机构办学状况的主要因素——学习者、师资与管理者、课程、考试与认证、文化活动以及运营资金等进行整体比较。研究发现,孔子学院学习者数量居首,机构分布对学习者人数影响存在地区和国别差异;管理者与师资的比例差异较大,教师岗位分类差别明显;课程聚焦语言主业,均重视数字化课程建设;考点数量、考试种类、考试场次及考生数量呈现出"四个增多"现象;运营资金来源不同,市场化程度差异明显。提出语言传播价值的二重性是传播机构普遍获得本国政府支持的重要原因的观点,并据此针对孔子学院未来发展提出以下对策建议,一是加强管理队伍建设,提高孔子学院运营能力;二是后疫情时代孔子学院发展宜借势而为,稳中求进;三是重视利用5G与人工智能技术助力孔子学院发展。Based on the annual reports of Confucius Institutes and major language communication institutions such as the British Council,Alliance Franaise,Goethe Institute,Cames-Instituto da Cooperao e da Lingua,King Sejong Institute and the Japan Foundation for International Exchange,this study built a database to compare the differences in the main factors affecting the operation of international language communication institutions,i.e.learners,teachers and managers,curricula,examinations and certification,cultural activities and operating funds.This study found that the number of learners in Confucius Institute listed as the top,and the influence of institutional distribution on the number of learners varies depending on different regions and countries;the proportion of managers and teachers varies greatly,and the arrangement of teachers’posts is obviously different;the course focuses on the language teaching as the main target while also attaching importance to digital curriculum construction;the number of examination sites,the types of examinations,the number of examinations and the number of candidates have seen increases;different sources of operating funds and obvious differences in the degree of marketization.This paper proposes the view that the duality of language communication value is an important reason for the communication institutions to get the support of their own governments,and proposes following countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Confucius Institute:first,to strengthen the construction of management team,improve the operation ability of Confucius Institute;second,the development of Confucius Institute in the postpandemic era should seize the opportunity to make steady progress;third,great importance should be attached to the use of 5 G technology and artificial intelligence technology to help the development of Confucius Institute.
