摘 要:针对导弹发射过程中,在离轨时刻发射系统变形量计算的问题,提出了一种发射系统简化建模的方法。首先,采用多弹簧串联方法建立了发射系统模型,其中考虑导弹质量、发射角度对刚度的修正。其次,给出了基于测量数据的发射车模型参数辨识和检验的整套流程。最终,通过算例对整个流程和方法进行了验证,并分析了辨识结果影响因素。通过研究发现,多弹簧串联模型可以有效模拟发射车的回弹量初始值,随着参与辨识的先验信息的增多,模型辨识结果趋于更加稳定和合理。Aiming at the problem of calculating the deformation of launch system at the moment of departure from orbit during missile launch,a simplified modeling method for launch system is proposed.Firstly,the model of launch system is established by using series connected springs,where the influence of the missile’s mass and the launching angle are taken into account.Secondly,the strategy of the parameter identification and validation of the launch vehicle based on the optical measurement data is put forward.At last,the method and strategy are validated by the examples,and the influence factors are studied.It is found that the deformation can be simulated well by the series connected springs’model,and the identification results are more and more steady and reasonable while more measurement data are participated in the process.
