摘 要:文章对国际上已有的城市绿色空间热环境相关设计标准从制定目的、具体内容、衡定依据进行比较研究,结果表明:多数标准的制定都是以降低城市热岛效应为主要目标,通过限制绿地空间布局、材料性质、绿化参数等要素以调节空间热环境,标准制定依据来源于现行法规、现有研究成果和模拟监测数据。城市绿地热环境标准的制定有益于人民健康福祉和适应气候变化,我国城市绿地热环境设计标准的制定需以我国现实情况为必要前提,应鼓励运用新技术将研究成果应用于标准制定,构建合理指标体系,以保证标准制定科学有效。The article compares and studies the existing international design standards for urban green space thermal environment in terms of the purpose, specific content, and balance basis. The results show that most standards are formulated with the main goal of reducing the urban heat island effect by restricting green space. Spatial layout, material properties, greening parameters and other factors are used to adjust the thermal environment of the space. The standard formulation basis is derived from current regulations, existing research results and simulated monitoring data. The formulation of urban green thermal environmental standards is beneficial to people’s health and well-being and adaptation to climate change. The formulation of my country’s urban green thermal environmental design standards must be based on my country’s actual conditions, and the use of new technologies should be encouraged to apply research results to the formulation of standards, and the structure should be reasonable Index system to ensure the scientific and effective standard formulation.
