摘　　要：抑郁障碍可以首发或存在于多种疾病的病程中。不少初诊抑郁障碍的患者在后期随访中诊断发生了修改。本文就抑郁障碍诊断转换方向、发生时间、修改原因、预测因素等方面做一综述。Depressive syndrome can initiate or exist in the course of various disorders.The phenomenon of diagnostic conversions occurred during the follow-up period of numerous patients with the first diagnosis of depressive disorders.This article reviews diagnostic conversions of depressive disorders in aspects of conversion directions,conversion occurrence time,causes and predictors of conversion,etc.
