摘　　要：乌鳢(Channa argus)是我国珍贵的本土经济鱼类,因其骨刺少,含肉率高,营养价值高,肉质鲜美,故市场需求巨大。文章主要综述了乌鳢对蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、碳水化合物和微量营养素的需求,蛋白源的替代,饲料添加剂应用等方面的研究进展,旨在为乌鳢配合饲料的研发提供参考资料,促进乌鳢养殖业的健康可持续发展。The snakeheaded fish Channa argus is a precious fish with economic value in China.Due to its few bone spurs,high meat content,high nutritional value and delicious meat,the market demand of snakeheaded fish is huge.Up to now,there have been some reports about the nutritional requirements and feed of this fish in the domestic and overseas.The paper summarized the requirements of snakehead⁃ed fish on protein,amino acid,fat,carbohydrate and micronutrient,dietary replacement of fish meal with other protein,as well as the application of functional feed additives.We hope the review can provide ref⁃erence for the study of snakeheaded fish formula feed and promote the healthy and sustainable develop⁃ment of snakeheaded fish industry.
