摘 要:荀子秉持礼乐对社会群体的垂戒之义和礼义规制下的自觉道德节制的整体思维,构建了符合时代诉求又独具特色的"王制"理论。荀子"王制"理论的建构以荀子赋予"王制"的内涵为建构起点,先王之制周详地展现了对人欲与良好社会秩序相调和的群居合一之道,而"后王之道"强调了应时之变的重要性,同时阐明了后王之制名与政教的示范作用,"王者之制"进一步指向荀子对当时之世的理想政治制度的构建。最后,阐述在"王制"理论的规束下,君、臣、民应如何守"制"。荀子"王制"理论内蕴着儒家和谐社会观念与礼法治理的契合,深刻影响到了现实政治的发展。Xunzi constructed a unique“Wangzhi”theory that adapted to the situation at that time by upholding the holistic thinking of ritual to social groups and the conscious moral restraint under the regulation of ritual,The construction of Xunzi’s“Wangzhi”theory takes the connotation given by Xunzito“Wangzhi”as the starting point.The ritual of ancient kings showed the harmony of appetite and good social order through the construction of Community.The Ritual of the Later Kings emphasizes the importance of variable over time,and at the same time clarifies the later kings’ritual and the demonstration of Moral education,The King System further points to Xunzi’s construction of the ideal political system at that time.Finally,it elaborates how should the kings,officials,and people abide by the rule under the“Wangzhi”system.Xunzi’s“Wangzhi”theory contains the harmony between the Confucian concept of a harmonious society and the governance of rituals and laws,it has profoundly affected the development of real politics.
