摘　　要：针对新常态下经济社会转型和行政机构改革所带来的市场需求变化,城乡规划行业将面临转型和变革,以黑龙江工程学院为例,探讨地方性工科院校的教育改革方向和思路,提出针对市场需求制定专业培养目标,重构课程平台,并结合课程体系、专业细化及实践教学等方面进行变革创新。In response to the changes in market demand caused by the economic and social transformation and administrative organization reform under the new normal,the urban and rural planning industry will be faced with transformation and change.This paper takes Heilongjiang Institute of Technology as an example to discuss the direction and ideas of education reform in local engineering colleges,then proposes to establish professional training objectives according to the market demand,reconstruct the course platform,and carry out reform and innovation in combination with the course system,professional refinement and practical teaching.
