摘　　要：高校行政标准化管理是高等教育高质量发展的重要组成部分。针对目前高校管理过程中存在的不足,构建了由岗位标准、质量标准、管理标准三大体系12类子标准组成的行政管理标准化模式,并就此形成PDCA有效管理的可持续性,在广东石油化工学院付诸实践,成效可期,可为高校行政管理改革和高等教育高质量发展提供借鉴。The standardized administration of colleges and universities is an important part of the high-quality development of higher education.For the weaknesses exist in the current administration process,for the colleges and universities,we established a standardized administration pattern consisting of job standards system,quality standards system,management standards system as 3 main systems and 12 types of sub-standards.This pattern formed the sustainability of PDCA process,and its practical result is promising in Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology.It can provide an effective reference for the reform of college administration the high-quality development of higher education.
