摘  要:目的为提高瓦楞纸板剪切机的切割精度和速度,基于STM32控制器设计一种瓦楞纸板等长度切断控制系统。方法基于瓦楞纸切割工作原理,以STM32控制器为核心搭建其控制系统,给出硬件结构框图。由于控制过程的非线性特点,常规PID控制器很难取得理想控制效果,采用径向基函数神经网络设计一种瓦楞纸板等长度切断控制器。同时利用随机梯度下降法实时在线调整网络权值并给出一种学习率衰减方法。通过仿真和实验研究验证所述方法的可行性和有效性。结果实验结果表明,REF神经网络控制系统具有较好的速度跟随特性和抗干扰性能;瓦楞纸板的长度波动并不大,最大平均偏差只有0.2 mm;瓦楞纸板的切口平整,没有出现褶皱、拉扯等情况;系统运行稳定。结论所述控制系统可以提高瓦楞纸板的切断精度,可满足相关行业的要求。The work aims to design a cutting control system based on STM32 to improve the cutting precision and speed of corrugated board shears.The working principle of corrugated paper cutting was introduced.A control system was built with STM32 controller as the core and the hardware structure diagram was given.Due to the nonlinear characteristics of the control process,it was difficult for the conventional PID controller to achieve the ideal control effect.Based on radial basis function(RBF)neural network,an equal length cut-off controller of corrugated board was designed.At the same time,the stochastic gradient descent method was used to adjust the network weight in real time and a learning rate attenuation method was given.The feasibility and the effectiveness of the method were verified by simulation and experiment.The experimental results showed that the REF neural network control system had good speed following characteristics and anti-interference performance.Corrugated board length fluctuation was not large,the maximum average deviation was only 0.2 mm.Corrugated board cut was level,and there was no folding,pulling and other conditions.The system runs stably.The control system can improve the cutting precision of corrugated board and meet the requirements of related industries.
