摘  要:为研究不同类型优质肉鸡肉用性能和肌内脂肪沉积规律,本试验选用北方培育品种鲁禽B2系和南方杂交三黄品种石岐杂鸡为材料,分别在49、70、90日龄进行空腹称重并屠宰,测定屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、腹脂率、皮脂厚、肌间脂宽以及肌内脂肪含量。结果表明,不同品种间体重、日增重、胸肌率、肌间脂宽均是鲁禽B2系高于石岐杂鸡,且体重在各日龄均达到差异显著水平(P<0.05);不同日龄间体重、全净膛率、胸肌率、皮脂厚均随日龄的增加而增加,且体重达到显著差异(P<0.05);不同日龄日增重和肌间脂宽均是70日龄显著高于49日龄和90日龄(P<0.05)。In order to study the meat performance and intramuscular fat deposition of different types of high-quality broilers,Luqin B2 and Shiqiza chickens were used as materials in this experiment.They were weighed and slaughtered on an empty stomach at 49,70 and 90 day-old age,respectively.The carcass percentage,half eviscerated bore percentage,full eviscerated bore percentage,chest muscle percentage,leg muscle percentage,abdominal fat percentage,skin fat thickness,intermuscular fat width and intramuscular fat content were determined.The results showed that the body weight,daily gain,breast muscle rate and muscle fat width of Luqin B2 were higher than those of Shiqiza chickens,and the body weight reached significant level at all ages(P<0.05).The body weight,full eviscerated percentage,chest muscle percentage and sebum thickness increased with the increase of age,and the body weight reached significant difference(P<0.05).The daily gain and fat width of muscle were significantly higher at 70 day old than those at 49 and 90 day old(P<0.05).
