摘　　要：采购活动是企业生产经营顺利进行的保障,对企业生存有着重要影响,科学合理地选择供应商对企业来说极为重要。在供应链管理的背景下,构建基于JIT采购模式的供应商选择指标体系,并且运用模糊综合评价法对JIT采购供应商的选择进行简要分析,以科学合理的选择供应商,这对全面降低采购成本,提高企业的经济效益和社会效益具有重要意义。Purchasing activities are the guarantee for the smooth production and operation of enterprises,and have an important impact on the survival of enterprises.It is very important for enterprises to select suppliers scientifically and reasonably.Under the background of supply chain management,this paper constructs a supplier selection index system based on JIT Procurement Mode,and analyzes the selection of JIT Procurement Suppliers by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so as to select suppliers scientifically and reasonably,which is of great significance to reduce the procurement cost in an all-round way and improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises.
