摘  要:基于漆酶催化小分子酚类单体聚合反应特性,建立在40℃下酶法催化没食子酸聚合的微量反应体系,并对聚合产物性能进行探究和表征。通过UV-Vis、FTIR、^(1)H NMR、MALDI-TOF等手段,及游离酚羟基含量、聚合物粒径对聚合产物结构进行测试表征,通过TGA、DSC对聚合产物热性质进行测定分析。结果表明,没食子酸在漆酶催化作用下酚羟基被氧化,苯环上部分氢原子也参与反应,得到的物质是含有不同聚合度的低聚物混合物,且具有较好的热稳定性。The microreaction system for enzyme-catalyzed polymerization of gallic acid at 40℃was constructed based on the characters of laccase-catalyzed polymerization of small phenolic monomers.The polymerization products obtained by the reaction system were investigated and characterized.Through UV-Vis,FTIR,^(1)H NMR,MALDI-TOF,and other means,as well as the content of free phenolic hydroxyl groups and the particle size of the polymer,the structure of the polymer product was tested and characterized.The thermal properties of the polymerization product were tested and analyzed through TGA and DSC.The results showed that gallic acid was oxidized under the catalysis of laccase,and some of the hydrogen atoms on the benzene ring also participated in the reaction.The obtained material was an oligomer mixture with different degrees of polymerization and presented good thermal stability.
