摘  要:为推动制造行业企业的绿色化发展,基于全生命周期理念,研究并开发了产品全生命周期评价和绿色设计系统平台。结合制造行业发展趋势,介绍了产品生命周期评价的必要性;结合绿色产品评价流程及需求,分析了系统平台的结构设计和功能模块;基于JSP和MySQL等开发了产品全生命周期评价和绿色设计系统平台,内嵌了目前国际上最全的各类大宗物料等的资源环境影响背景因子数据库。使用结果表明:该系统具有一定的先进性、实用性和创新性,且易于操作,有一定的理论参考价值和实践推广意义。In order to promote the green development of manufacturing enterprises,the paper studies and develops the system platform of product life cycle assessment and green design based on the concept of whole life cycle.Firstly,combined with the development trend of manufacturing industry,the necessity of product life cycle assessment is analyzed;Secondly,combined with the green product evaluation process and requirements,the structure design and functional modules of the system platform are studied and analyzed;Thirdly,based on JSP and MYSQL,the system platform of product life cycle assessment and green design is developed,which embeds the most complete database of resource and environmental impact factors of various bulk materials in the world.The system is advanced,practical and innovative.It is also easy to operate and has certain theoretical reference value and practical promotion significance.
