摘 要:针对液压伺服比例控制系统在电磁换向阀固有频率较高时,难以控制系统进出口流速而影响系统运行稳定性的问题,设计了基于模糊PID的液压伺服比例控制系统.首先设计系统硬件框架并确定系统主要元件运行参数,然后利用模糊PID良好的鲁棒性和简便的运算性,确定比例放大系数、积分时间常数和微分时间常数的最优值,再制定模糊PID控制规则以控制液压伺服比例.结果表明:该系统对进出口流速波动的控制性能较好,在不采用其他控制手段下,可以承受200 Hz的电磁换向阀固有频率,且此时的系统进出口流速变化依然稳定.The hydraulic servo proportional control system based on fuzzy PID is designed to solve the problem that it is difficult to control the inlet and outlet flow velocity of the system when the natural frequency of the electromagnetic directional valve is high.Firstly,the hardware frame of the system is designed and the operating parameters of the main components are determined.Then,the optimal values of proportional amplification coefficient,integral time constant and differential time constant are determined by using the good robustness and simple operation of fuzzy PID,and then the fuzzy PID control rules are formulated to control the hydraulic servo proportion.The results show that the system has a good control performance on the fluctuation of inlet and outlet flow velocity,and can withstand the natural frequency of 200Hz electromagnetic directional valve without using other control methods,and the change of inlet and outlet flow velocity of the system is still stable.
