貉源大肠杆菌超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)基因型检测及分析

摘　　要：为了了解貉源大肠杆菌超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)基因型的流行情况,为养貉场提供临床用药指导,试验对从黑龙江省和吉林省的4个养殖场中分离得到的貉源大肠杆菌共119株,采用PCR方法进行ESBLs基因型(TEM型、SHV型、CTX-M型、OXA型)的检测,统计分析ESBLs耐药基因型的阳性率及多重耐药阳性率。结果表明:119株大肠杆菌均扩增到TEM、SHV、CTX-M、OXA基因,其中TEM的检出率为93.3%,CTX-M的检出率为52.1%,OXA的检出率为28.6%,SHV的检出率为18.5%。同时检测出两种及两种以上的基因型有65株,占54.6%。说明ESBLs耐药基因在养貉场中流行广泛,且主要以TEM型和CTX-M型为主。In order to understand the prevalence of extended-spectrumβ-lactamase(ESBLs)genotypes of E.coli from Nyctereutes procyonoides,and to provide scientific guidance on the clinical medication for mink farms,a total of 119 isolates of E.coli from Nyctereutes procyonoides were obtained in this experiment from 4 breeding farms in Heilongjiang Province and Jilin Province.The determination of ESBLs genotypes(TEM,SHV,CTX-M,OXA)was carried out by PCR method,and the positive rates of ESBLs drug resistance genotype and multiple drug resistance genotype were statistically analyzed.The results showed that TEM,SHV,CTX-M or OXA genes were amplified in 119 isolates of E.coli.Among them,the positive rates of TEM,CTX-M,OXA and SHV was 93.3%,52.1%,28.6%and 18.5%respectively.Two or more genotypes were positive simultaneously in 65 isolates(54.6%).The results suggested that ESBLs resistance genes were widespread in the raccoon dog breeding farms,and TEM and CTX-M were the main genotypes.
