摘 要:明确装备制造业服务化在动态环境下的演进路径对促进装备制造业转型升级具有重要意义。为此,本文基于核心能力及适应性演化视角,采用调查问卷方法,共收回有效问卷279份,运用结构方程模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明:不同核心能力主导的服务化阶段对装备制造业服务化绩效都有显著提升作用,服务化演进路径为“核心价值网络主导→核心产品+服务主导→核心产品主导”。环境动态性对核心产品主导及核心价值网络主导的服务化阶段与绩效关系起调节作用。For the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry,it is significant to define the evolution path of equipment manufacturing servitization in a dynamic environment.Based on the perspective of core competence and adaptive evolution,this article uses a questionnaire method,collecting a total of 279 valid questionnaires in total,and uses the structural equation model for empirical testing.The research results show that the servitization stages dominated by different core capabilities have significantly improved the servitization performance of the equipment manufacturing industry,and that the servitization evolution path is“core value network-led→Core Product+Service-led→Core Product-led.”Environmental dynamics play a moderating role in the relationship between core product-led and core value network-led servitization stages and servitization performance.
