摘　　要：目的探讨阴道填塞球囊在经阴道手术后患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年10月至2020年10月在黄州区人民医院妇产科接受经阴道手术的200例患者的临床资料,根据术后是否应用阴道填塞球囊分为对照组和试验组,各100例。对照组术后常规应用纱布填塞压迫止血,试验组术后填塞阴道球囊止血,比较两组的创面出血量、切口愈合时间、住院时间及切口感染情况。结果试验组创面出血量少于对照组,切口愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后切口感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经阴道手术后患者应用阴道填塞球囊止血,可有效减少创面出血量,缩短住院时间,降低切口感染率,促进术后快速恢复。Objective To investigate the application effect of vaginal packing balloon in patients after transvaginal surgery.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients undergoing transvaginal surgery admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Huangzhou District People's Hospital of Huanggang City,Hubei Province from October 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,The patients were divided into control group(100 cases)and experimental group(100 cases)according to whether vaginal packing balloon was used.The control group was routinely treated with gauze packing and compression to stop bleeding after vaginal surgery,while the experimental group was treated with vaginal balloon packing to stop bleeding after vaginal surgery.The amount of postoperative wound bleeding,wound healing time,length of hospital stay and wound infection were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postoperative wound bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the wound healing time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The postoperative incision infection rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing transvaginal surgery,the application of vaginal packing balloon wound compression hemostasis can effectively reduce the amount of surgical wound bleeding,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the postoperative infection rate,and promote rapid postoperative recovery.
