浅谈红外气体传感器用红外光源Ma设备保护等级的防爆认证检测方法的研究

摘　　要：随着红外气体传感器的在煤矿井下的普及应用,如何实现满足管道用红外气体传感器Ma设备保护等级的要求就显得十分重要,通过调研市面上选用的红外传感器探头大多采用的是进口部件,从提供的IEC或是欧盟的防爆证书上分析,红外气体传感器探头取得的防爆型式主要有"Exd Ⅰ"、"Exdia Ⅰ"和"Exia Ⅰ"三种型式,如何正确地区别和选用,那就有必要通过现有执行的标准来探讨红外气体传感器Ma设备保护等级的防爆认证检测方法。With the popularity of infrared gas sensor in the coal mine application,how to realize satisfy the pipeline with infrared gas sensor Ma equipment protection level requirement is very important,through the research on the market to choose the infrared sensor probe is mostly imported components,from the provided by IEC or the European Union on the explosion-proof certificate of analysis,infrared gas sensor probe of explosion-proof type mainly has "Exd Ⅰ", "Exdia Ⅰ" and "Exia Ⅰ" three types,how to correctly distinguish and use,It is necessary to discuss the explosion-proof certification and detection method of infrared gas sensor MA equipment protection grade through the existing implementation standards.
