摘　　要：在对12Cr1MoVG高温过热器管排产前试件进行水压试验的过程中,管壁开裂发生泄漏,通过宏观检验、金相分析、断口分析、显微硬度检测,综合分析后,确定了裂纹产生的机理,提出12Cr1MoVG弯管工艺在k=R/D=1.4时,进行消应力退火处理的建议。During the hydraulic test of 12 Cr1MoVG of high temperature superheater tube pre-production specimen,the pipe wall cracking and leakage occurred.After macroscopic inspection,metallographic analysis,fracture analysis,microhardness detection and comprehensive analysis,the mechanism of crack production was determined.Suggestions for stress elimination annealing Cr1 MoVG 12 bend pipe process were put forward at k=R/D=1.4.
