摘　　要：《孙子兵法》博大精深的思想,对我们新时代应对各种复杂局面、争取战略主动,具有十分重要的借鉴启迪作用。“令民与上同意”“兵以利动”“庙算制敌”“上兵伐谋,其次伐交”等思想,都有着非常重要的现实意义。The broad and profound thinking of The Art of War is of great significance for us to deal with various complex situations and strive for strategic initiative in the new era.“Causing the people to be in complete accord with their ruler”,“By holding out baits,he keeps him on the march.”“Defeating the enemy by calculating in the temple,”and“the highest form of generalship is to balk the enemy's plans;the next best is to prevent the junction of the enemy’s forces”.All these thoughts have very important practical significance.
