奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析晚期结直肠癌患者采取奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗的情况,同时评价药物治疗的安全性。方法选取山西省肿瘤医院2018年6月至2020年6月收治的76例晚期结直肠癌患者为本次探究对象,根据方便抽样法将探究对象平均划分对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组予以卡培他滨治疗,观察组予以奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗,对治疗情况进行分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率较高,不良反应发生率较低,治疗后的CA199、CA125水平较低,CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)以及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平较高,两组间各项指标均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论在晚期结直肠癌治疗中,奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗的效果较好,同时还可降低肿瘤标志物水平,改善免疫功能。Objective To analyze the situation of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in patients with advanced colorectal cancer,and to evaluate the safety of drug treatment.Methods 76 patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Shanxi Medical University(Shanxi Cancer Hospital)from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects for this study.According to the convenient sampling method,the subjects were divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 38 cases each.The control group was treated with capecitabine,while the observation group was treated with oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine,and the treatment was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,the levels of CA199 and CA125 were lower,the levels of CD8^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher in the observation group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine radiotherapy has better effect,and can also lower the level of tumor markers and improve the immune function.
