摘　　要：积极心理学主要研究主观层次的积极情绪情感体验、个人层面的积极人格特质、群体层面的积极社会组织系统三部分。积极心理学视角为幼儿心理素质培育提供了重要的启示:培养幼儿积极的情绪是重要条件;核心是培养积极的人格;构建积极的社会组织支持系统是重要基石。Positive psychology mainly studies three parts:the subjective level of positive emotions and feelings,the individual level of positive personality traits and the group level of positive social organization system.The perspective of positive psychology provides important enlightenment for the cultivation of children's psychological quality:cultivating children's positive emotions is an important condition;the core is to cultivate positive personality;constructing a positive social organization support system is an important cornerstone.
