摘　　要：高职国际商务专业人才指能在外资企业、跨国公司、涉外经济贸易部门等熟练开展商务活动的复合型、应用型的人才。通过长江经济带区域企业对高职国际商务人才的数量需求、层次需求、能力需求和岗位需求的现状调查,发现湖南高职国际商务专业人才培养在培养目标、课程体系、培养过程、质量评价方面存在的问题。从着眼定位、着力市场、着实工作、着重素养四个方面入手,为"长江经济带"背景下高职国际商务人才的培养提出建议。High-level international business professionals refer to compound and applied talents who can carry out business activities proficiently in foreign-funded enterprises, multinational companies, and foreign-related economic and trade departments. Through the survey of the current situation of the quantity demand, level demand, ability demand and job demand of higher vocational international business talents by enterprises in the Yangtze River Economic Zone, we find the problems in the cultivation of Hunan higher vocational international business professionals in terms of training objectives, curriculum system, training process and quality evaluation, and propose the following solutions from four aspects: focusing on positioning,focusing on market, focusing on practical work, and focusing on qualities.
