高职院校体育社团建设对培养学生工匠精神的研究——以篮球项目为例

摘　　要：在党的十九大报告中,提出要构建知识型、技能型、创新型的人才队伍,将劳模精神和工匠精神作为新时期人才培养的重要内在精神动力,提倡在全社会营造劳动光荣的社会风气。是目前我国经济快速发展,市场对于具备工匠精神的高技能、高素质人才需求旺盛。这也成为当前高职院校教育研究和创新发展的重要方向。以篮球体育社团建设为例,分析当前高职院校篮球体育社团建设在培育学生工匠精神上的积极作用,并探究当前高职院校篮球体育社团建设在培育学生工匠精神中存在的问题,对于高职院校篮球社团建设有积极的实践意义。In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is proposed to build a team of knowledge-based, skilled and innovative talents, to take the spirit of model workers and craftsman as the important internal spiritual power of talent cultivation in the new period, and to advocate to create a social atmosphere of glorious labor in the whole society. This is also the need of China’s rapid economic development. The market has a strong demand for skilled and high-quality talents with craftsmanship spirit. This has also become an important direction of higher vocational education research and innovation development. In this regard, the study mainly studies the internal relationship between craftsmanship spirit and physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges. Taking the construction of Basketball Sports Association as an example, this paper analyzes the positive role of the construction of Basketball Sports Association in cultivating students’ craftsman spirit, and explores the problems existing in the cultivation of students’ craftsmanship spirit in the current construction of Basketball Sports Association in higher vocational colleges, and finally the effective practical countermeasures are proposed for the cultivation of students’ craftsmanship spirit by community construction.
