摘　　要：《孙子兵法》是兵权谋的经典,《鬼谷子》将权谋运用扩展到政治外交领域。二书在将领要求、不战屈敌、以实击虚、因势利导、致人而不致于人等军事、谋略思想方面颇有契合之处,反映了谋略思想的共性。The Art of War is a classic of military tactics.Guiguzi extends the use of tactics to the political and diplomatic field.The two books have some similarities in military and strategic thought such as general’requirements,breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting,attaching the weak with the strong,making the best of the situation,and imposing his will on the enemy,but not allowing the enemy’s will to be imposed on him.They reflect the commonality of strategic thought in the two books.
