摘　　要：“双一流”建设强调学科在高等教育中的关键地位,为高校院系资料室发展带来了新契机。文章分析了院系资料室的定位、特点与发展方向,并以安徽师范大学化学与材料科学学院资料室为例,探讨了院系资料室的资源建设与服务模式,并针对资料室存在的主要问题,提出高校院系资料室资源建设和服务的优化与创新策略。The proposal of“Double First-Class”construction emphasizes the key position of subject construction in higher education,and also brings new opportunities for the development of department reference rooms.Firstly,the paper analyzes the position,characteristics and development direction of the department reference rooms,and takes the department reference room of Chemistry and Materials Science of Anhui Normal University as an example to discuss the resource construction and service mode of the department reference rooms.Finally,in view of the main problems existing in the departmental reference room,this paper puts forward the optimization and innovation strategy of the resource construction and service in the department of colleges and universities.
