摘 要:该文以少稀土混合励磁永磁电机为研究对象,提出一种基于移相解耦调制的平滑扩速控制策略,旨在解决传统开绕组驱动系统中存在的零序电流问题。通过推导移相解耦角对电机开绕组驱动系统运行状况的关系,设计一种积分滑模控制器,从而实现开绕组驱动系统解耦角度的灵活调节,以达到在较小电流零序分量的基础上获得系统平滑的且拓宽的扩速特性。此外,在移相解耦控制策略下,研究开绕组驱动系统任意桥臂的开路故障,通过实施绕组重连,实现电机任意移相解耦角度下的容错运行,且容错运行时系统的扩速范围不受影响。最后,加工少稀土混合励磁永磁电机的原理样机,理论分析与实验测试验证移相解耦调制策略的有效性。In this paper, to solve the problem of zero sequence current in the traditional open-winding drive system, a smooth spread control strategy based on phase-shift decoupling modulation was proposed for the less-rare-earth hybrid-excitation permanent magnet(HPM) motor. By deducing the relation between the phase-shift decoupling angle and the operating state of the open-winding motor drive system, an integral sliding mode controller was designed to achieve flexible adjustment of the open-winding drive system’s decoupling angle. Then, the smoother and wider speed expansion characteristics of the drive system can be achieved with smaller zero sequence component. In addition, the open-circuit fault of any inverter bridge arm for the open-winding motor drive system based on phase-shift decoupling control was investigated. The fault-tolerant operation under arbitrary phase-shift decoupling angles was capable to be realized with the winding reconnection. Also, the speed expansion range of the system will not be affected during the fault-tolerant operation. Finally, the prototype of the less-rare-earth HPM motor was processed and the proposed control strategy was verified by the theoretical analysis and experimental tests.
