摘　　要：心肌缺血事件是冠状动脉供血不足引起的常见心血管事件。其急性发展致心肌细胞坏死可威胁生命,慢性病理性心室重塑常导致心力衰竭。细胞外囊泡参与多种心肌缺血事件的病理生理过程,为寻找快捷准确的诊断标志物提供选择。此外,多种细胞外囊泡具有心脏保护作用,在应对心肌缺血事件尤其在心肌再生治疗方面提供了潜在方法。本文综述了细胞外囊泡在心肌缺血事件中诊断治疗方面的研究现状。Cardiac ischemic events are common cardiovascular events caused by insufficient blood supply of coronary arteries.Their acute development can lead to cardiomyocyte necrosis threatening patient life,while chronic pathological cardiac remodeling contributes to heart failure.Extracellular vesicles,potentially offering swift and precise diagnostic biomarkers,engage in various pathophysiological processes of cardiac ischemic events.In addition,different extracellular vesicles show cardioprotective effect that may benefit treatment of cardiac ischemic events,especially in the field of cardiac regeneration.This article reviewed multifaceted roles of extracellular vesicles in diagnosing and treating cardiac ischemic events.
