摘　　要：半导体制造生产过程中,纯水是必要的。纯水的水源多为市政自来水,而在冬季自来水温度很低,升温往往需要消耗大量的热源。为实现能源的多层次利用,文中基于现场进行了深入的改造尝试和探讨,为同类厂房提供了较好的节能思路。In the semiconductor manufacturing process, pure water is necessary. The source of pure water is mostly municipal tap water, but in winter, the temperature of tap water is very low, and the temperature of the tap water often requires a large amount of heat source. In order to realize the multi-level utilization of energy, this article has conducted in-depth renovation attempts and discussions based on the site, and provided better energy-saving ideas for similar plants.
