摘  要:目的探究使用微螺钉种植体支抗压低过长磨牙后牙根吸收及其潜在的部分危险因素。方法选择12名使用微螺钉种植体支抗压低过长磨牙的成人患者,以其自身对侧同名或同源磨牙作为对照,分为压低磨牙组(过长磨牙20颗)和未压低对照组(磨牙20颗),在曲面断层片上测量治疗前后牙根长度,以牙根长度减少量占原始牙根长度的百分比评价牙根吸收,并分析性别、年龄、治疗时间、压低距离等是否可能是磨牙压低后牙根吸收的危险因素。结果过长磨牙各牙根吸收分别为,腭根-0.10±0.11,近中颊根-0.07±0.12,远中颊根-0.07±0.13。通过广义估计方程得到性别(P=0.531)、年龄(P=0.485)、治疗时间(P=0.132)和压低距离(P=0.180)与牙根吸收的关系没有统计显著性。压低治疗组与对照组相比牙根吸收差异并没有统计显著性(P=0.238)。结论使用种植体支抗压低过长磨牙后可能会出现牙根吸收。本次研究没有发现性别、年龄、治疗时间以及压低距离和磨牙牙根吸收严重程度的统计学关联,我们暂且不能认为其是磨牙牙根吸收的危险因素。Objective To investigate the apical root resorption after the intrusion of over-erupted maxillary molars using mini-screw anchorage,and some potential risk factors.Methods Twelve adult patients whose over-erupted maxillary molars were intruded with mini-screw anchorage were included.Twenty over-erupted molars were intruded.They had 20 contralateral homologous molars as controls.Root resorption was evaluated on panoramic radiographs,being expressed as a percentage of root shortening relative to the original root length.Sex,age,treatment duration,and intrusion distance were assessed as potential risk factors.Results The apical root resorption of the overerupted molars was-0.10±0.11(palatal root),-0.07±0.12(mesiobuccal root),-0.07±0.13(distobuccal root)respectively.The results of the generalized estimating equations showed that sex(P=0.531),age(P=0.485),treatment duration(P=0.132)or intrusion distance(P=0.180)did not make significant contribution to the prediction of root resorption.Compared with molars without intrusion,molars with intrusion did not show any significant differences in apical root resorption statistically(P=0.238).Conclusions Root resorption might occur after intrusion of over-erupted maxillary molars with mini-screw anchorage.Sex,age,treatment duration,and intrusion distance did not show statistic relevance,so they might not make significant contribution to the prediction of apical root resorption.
