聚醚酰胺的合成及其对原油流动性的影响

摘　　要：以聚醚酰胺和脂肪酸为原料合成了系列脂肪酸聚醚酰胺降凝剂,利用FTIR、黏度测试、界面张力测试等方法考察了降凝剂对不同原油流动性的影响。实验结果表明,该系列降凝剂具有较好的表面活性和界面活性。随碳数的增加,饱和脂肪酸聚醚酰胺降凝剂降低表面张力的能力增强。加入0.3%(w)和0.9%(w)的棕榈酸聚醚酰胺降凝剂时,风城原油凝固点分别下降5.5℃和14.5℃,降凝效果优于EVK4降凝剂。随加量的增大,降凝剂对原油的降黏效果增加,加量为0.9%(w)时,风城原油降黏率达99.5%以上。当加量超过0.9%(w)后,降黏效果与原油凝固点降幅并不成正比关系,加入油酸聚醚酰胺降凝剂的原油黏度最低。脂肪酸聚醚酰胺降凝剂对原油流动性的影响不仅与油中胶质、沥青质含量有关,还与它本身在油中的溶解性有关。A series of fatty acid polyetheramide pour point depressants were synthesized using polyetheramide and fatty acid as raw materials,and the influence on the fluidity of different crude oils was investigated by FTIR,viscosity test,and interfacial tension test.The experimental results show that the pour point depressants have good surface activity and interface activity.With the increase of carbon number,the ability of saturated fatty acid polyetheramide pour point depressant to reduce surface tension increases.When 0.3%(w)and 0.9%(w)palmitic acid polyetheramide pour point depressant is added respectively,the freezing point of Fengcheng crude oil decreased by 5.5℃and 14.5℃,and the pour point depressant effect is better than that of EVK4.As the dosage increases,the viscosity reduction effect of the pour point depressant on crude oil increases.When the dosage is 0.9%(w),the viscosity reduction rate of Fengcheng crude oil reaches more than 99.5%.When the dosage exceeds 0.9%(w),the viscosity reduction effect is not proportional to the decrease in the freezing point of crude oil,and the viscosity of the crude oil added with oleic acid polyetheramide pour point depressant is the lowest.The influence of fatty acid polyetheramide pour point depressant on the fluidity of crude oil is not only related to the content of resin and asphaltene in the oil,but also to its solubility in oil.
