摘　　要：建设高水平“双师型”师资队伍,是为“双创”人才持续输出提供动力支持的重要前提。本文通过分析高校人才培养模式的实施方案,对人才培养目标进行重新定位,结合人才培养模式实施过程中遇到的实际问题,提出了以培养学生“创新创业能力”为导向的课程体系改革内容。From the perspective of the new engineering,this paper analyzes the current situation of the application-oriented training model of software engineering professional talents in colleges and universities,discusses the construction of the professional talent training model,and applies the implementation of the talent training model in different colleges and universities..In order to solve the problems encountered in the implementation process,it is proposed that the new talent training model should be focusing on cultivating students’“innovative and entrepreneurial ability,”offer more interdisciplinary courses and provide more entrepreneurial practices,build a high-level“Innovation and entrepreneurship”faculty team so as to provide dynamic support for the continuous output of“Innovation and entrepreneurship”talents.
