摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情的发生,不仅影响人们的健身方式,也影响体医融合的发展。从居家体医融合的概念、疫情期间提升“免疫力”的社会共识、网络居家健身方法供给、居家锻炼的惯性与家庭体育设施的配置、远程诊疗应用、居家工作人群需求等方面论证实现居家体医融合的可行性。从创建专家库、搭建居家体医融合服务平台、建立居家体医融合的运动处方库、完善智慧居家体医融合辅助系统、实施行动障碍与老年慢性病群体居家体医融合工程等方面阐述实现居家体医融合的路径。The COVID-19 epidemic has profoundly affected people's fitness models and the development of sports and medicine fusion.This study demonstrates the feasibility of home-based sports and medicine fusion from the social consensus of"immunity",the supply of online home-based fitness methods,the inertia of home-based exercise,the arrangement of home sports facilities,the application of remote diagnosis and home-based work mode.At the same time,the path of home-based sports and medicine fusion is discussed from building expert data,service platform,exercise prescription data,intelligent home-based sports and medicine fusion auxiliary system,project for the elderly chronic disease group with poor mobility.
