定远县甘薯引进品种比较试验

摘　　要：为筛选适合定远县高产、优质的甘薯品种,2019年夏季引进9个甘薯新品种进行品种比较试验。以苏薯8号为对照,从农艺性状、产量性状和营养品质等方面进行筛选鉴定。结果表明,9个引进品种中,徐紫薯602、普薯32号、岩薯5号、安平1号、心香5个品种的产量表现优于对照品种。其中,紫心品种徐紫薯602、红心品种普薯32号和黄心品种心香分别比对照显著增产27.88%、36.55%和38.00%。这3个品种的还原糖和可溶性糖含量低于对照品种,但淀粉和蛋白质含量明显高于对照品种。综合分析试验结果,徐紫薯602、普薯32号和心香丰产性状好,蛋白质含量高,口感偏黏或粉糯,可满足不同的消费者需求,适宜在定远县推广种植。In order to screen high-yield and high-quality sweet potato varieties suitable for planting in Dingyuan County,nine sweet potato varieties were introduced and evaluated in the summer of 2019.Taking Sushu 8 as the control,screening and identification were conducted from agronomic traits,yield traits and nutritional quality.The results showed that among the nine introduced varieties,Xuzishu 602,Pushu 32,Yanshu 5,Anping 1 and Xinxiang had better yield performance than the control variety.Among them,the purple heart variety Xuzishu 602,the red heart variety Pushu 32 and the yellow heart variety Xinxiang significantly increased the yield by 27.88%,36.55%and 38.00%respectively compared with the control.The reducing sugar and soluble sugar content of these three varieties were lower than that of the control variety,but the starch and protein content were markedly higher than that of the control variety.Comprehensive analysis of the test results shows that Xuzishu 602,Pushu 32 and Xinxiang had good yield characteristics and high protein content,sticky or waxy taste,which could meet the demands of different consumers and were suitable for promotion and cultivation in Dingyuan County.
