摘　　要：从直线自动封边机人员配置等方面进行分析,指出了影响效率和质量的原因,提出了相应的解决方案,提高了人均效率和封边质量。According to the production line of automatic edge sealing,the author studied the factors that influence efficiency of single machine in the process,and pointed out the factors influencing the efficiency of the error sources,The corresponding solutions to reduce its influence were put forward,The solutions increased the equipment efficiency and effectiveness,per capita output and edge sealing quality.
