摘　　要：处理公共危机,孙子的理论给我们的启示有:“知彼知己,百战不殆”——信息认知是危机处理的基本前提;“用兵之害,犹豫最大”——果断决策是危机处理的要害与关键;“用兵之术,知变为大”一临机应变是危机处理的必然要求;“上下同欲者胜”一动员民众是危机处理的根本基础;“不修其功者,凶,命曰费留”——战后修功是危机处理的高远境界。In dealing with public crises,Sun Zi's theory has given us the following enlightenment:uIf you know the enemy and know yourself,your victory will not stand in doubt.M-information cognition is the basic prerequisite for crisis treatment;“The evil of war is hesitation.”-firm decision-making is the key factor in crisis management;“Knowing how to change is the top tactic in war”-emergency response is the inevitable requirement of crisis management;"The one who has the same desire from the above to the below wins"—obilizing the people is the fundamental basis of crisis management;"Those who do not cultivate their merits are in danger.They abstain from rewarding"—this is a high-level realm of crisis management.
