摘  要:根据轴向排汽凝汽器真空力平衡装置基本原理,选定合适的压杆稳定性经典计算模型,同时由于真空力平衡装置压杆为新型结构,并无可参考稳定安全系数,先取定安全系数等于6完成单个压杆选型计算,后利用ANSYS WORKBENCH软件建立真空力平衡装置整体压-弯杆系的极限载荷分析模型,应用欧盟EN13445-3压力容器分析设计标准的稳定性准则校核压-弯杆系的稳定性,使用16Mn钢管的压-弯杆系的稳定安全系数计算值为6.7,经弹性、塑性极限承载能力验证,满足稳定性设计要求,说明将上述稳定性准则推广至真空力平衡装置稳定性评估是可行的,找到了真空力平衡装置稳定性评估方法。According to Fundamentals of Vacuum Force Balancing Device for Axial Exhaust Condenser,a suitable classical calculation model of compression rod stability was selected.Since bearing rod of vacuum force balancing device is a new structure,there is no reference to stability safety factors.A safety factor equal to 6 firstly selected to complete the selecting calculation of a single compression rod.Hereafter,a limit load analysis model of integral compression-bending rod systems was established,by using ANSYS WORKBENCH software.A stability criterion was used to check the stability of compression-bending rod systems,belonging to EN 13445-3 design-by-analysis standards for pressure vessels.The calculated value of stability safety factor using a 16Mn steel pipe is 6.7,for compression-bending rod systems.It was verified to meet design requirements,using the calculation of elastic and plastic ultimate bearing capacity.It shows that it is feasible to extend above stability criterion to the stability evaluation of vacuum force balance device.In other words,the stability evaluation method of vacuum force balancing device was found.
