摘　　要：网络培训对满足图书馆员个性化培训需求,扩大培训范围,增强培训效果具有重要作用。文章阐述了图书馆员网络培训的必要性与可行性,并以数字图书馆推广工程在线培训项目为例,介绍具体做法,查漏现存问题,提出改进措施。Online training has an important role in meeting the personalized training needs of librarians,expanding training scope,and enhancing training effect.The article expounds the necessity and feasibility of online training for librarians,and takes the digital library promotion project online training project as an example,introduces specific practices,finds out problems,and proposes improvement measures.
