摘 要:论文运用定性的方法对在泰华人企业家或管理者的激励思想导向进行探索性研究。通过采访11位在泰国经营企业的老板或管理者,对其激励思想在内容、过程和结果三个维度进行探究,并用思维导图进行线索分析发现,被访者对激励思想有共识,也有差异。被访者认为公司应满足员工的基本生理需求和安全需求,强调公平和薪酬在激励员工时的作用。但在一些激励思想上,被访者观点存在异同,如薪酬的发放形式、采取奖励还是处罚、注重提升能力还是职位晋升、员工怎样才是尊重管理者、赢得员工归属感和关爱员工等。基于此,论文给予管理者和员工一些激励上的建议。This paper uses qualitative method to conduct exploratory research on the incentive idea orientation of Chinese entrepreneurs or managers in Thailand.By interviewing 11 bosses or managers who run enterprises in Thailand,this paper explores their incentive ideas from three dimensions of content,process and result,and conducts clue analysis with mind mapping.It is found that respondents have consensus on incentive ideas,but also have differences.Respondents believe that companies should meet the basic physiological needs and safety needs of employees and emphasize the role of fairness and salary in motivating employees.However,there are similarities and differences in the opinions of the respondents on some incentive ideas,such as the payment form of salary,reward or punishment,emphasis on ability improvement or position promotion,and how to respect managers,win the sense of belonging and care for employees.Based on this,the paper gives managers and employees some suggestions on incentive.
